German Chancellor Angela Merkel, just a step up in the debate on multiculturalism that is occurring in many European countries and is shining more regressive policy on immigration, including the Islamic headscarf ban, and like a virus runs through the Old Continent. What has happened in recent times in countries like France, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Holland, Austria, Switzerland and Italy, far from settling the debate in their respective states, has acted as a sounding board to the outside.

positions in Spain also many of the parliamentary parties have been sliding rigid attitudes in the treatment of immigration, and a clear way the PP seems to champion this issue in the elections first and then the municipal and general and seeks to place it as one element of the campaign. Before representatives of the youth organization of his party (CDU), meeting in Potsdam, Chancellor Merkel has proclaimed the end of multiculturalism in Germany, justifying it with the idea of \u200b\u200bliving together and enjoying the other "has completely failed."

His words have been presented as an assignment to sectors more right-wing of his party in its intention to prevent the emergence of a xenophobic party. Europe has entered into a debate that already seems unstoppable by the positions of its two main leaders such as Merkel and Sarkozy. No longer a debate of the Nordic periphery, or the Netherlands. From the heart of Europe is to open this debate with the acquiescence of a portion of the left .

greet the French workers

Deserved because for four days in France hear the wind blowing and not much else. Nobody thinks of giving. The official reason is to protect the retirement age, that the French bourgeoisie wants to increase the ground "for demographic reasons," beautiful way of enforcing policies, if at the end of the day people are dying for purely biological reasons.

But there is more background. The bourgeoisie is represented here by a remarkably incompetent employee. His arrogance and lack self-conscious perception makes it a bad politician. What is at issue here is stability in the post. And this is an important step, if successful, to the realization that the problem is political scale. A level classes.

warns not wear on the protesters, who have taken to the streets in numbers that exceeded two million in all of France, even bigger than the last protest. French workers respond to the bourgeoisie itself is within these demographic studies, and impose bourgeois state power the force of events: not our job, no wealth. No yachts, no parties, no water or electricity, Carlita Bruni frunciría brow and would face up to something.

work is what keeps all this walking buddies, without work this piece of paper with numbers is that: a piece of paper with numbers. Our work. And these bastards want to raise the retirement age "demographic factors", look at you.

In France, you hear the word victoire a password that points one way. Is for everyone.

discovered the oldest human settlement

The remains are 49,000 years and is located in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea

Australian scientists announced today the discovery of a human settlement 49,000 years ago in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea, the world's oldest found at an altitude of 2000 meters. The site was buried under volcanic ash in the Valley of Ivane, the Stanley mountain range, near the village of Kokoda, he explained, Andrew Fairbairn, scientific expedition member and professor of Archaeology University of Queensland. The inhabitants of these camps were prehistoric stone tools, hunted and ate small animals tubers and Pandanus tree nuts. "It seems that the layers of volcanic ash created a unique medium that has protected the nutshells. They come in large quantities which gives us unique and very touching evidence of the diet of early Papuans," said Fairbairn. According to the archaeologist, the excavations led to evidence that the traditional system currently used to open these nuts is the same as used by the inhabitants of prehistoric settlement. "What we have discovered knowledge gives us a very unusual and very detailed account of how a community living resources and mobility, able to adapt quickly to unfamiliar environments and territories, "he added. These camps were occupied during the Pleistocene, the warmest time of the Ice Age, when Australia, Tasmania and New Guinea formed a single continent, the Sahul. Its inhabitants have come from Southeast Asia and initially settled in the coast, then move to the mountains where they had to endure freezing temperatures. The study conducted by the team, which was also scientists in Papua New Guinea and the United States, is published today in the journal Science.

Scientists at the University of Córdoba have been found in Argentina, an ancestor of all life on earth

The sensational discovery Argentine scientists have made: they say that life appeared on Earth much earlier than previously thought.

fossilized spores of these plants were discovered by the group of biologists led by Claudia Rubinstein, the Argentine Institute of Snow Research, Glaciology and Environmental Sciences (IANIGLA) in collaboration with scientists from the University of Cordoba in Argentina, and University of Liège, Belgium.

And, perhaps, and wildlife.

previously thought to be the first moss on land somewhere in the Czech Republic and Saudi Arabia. However, now definitively confirmed that no leaves or roots liver 100% if not all of an ancestor, which is exactly all the trees and grasses grown on land now.

removes immediate urgency of constitutional reform discussion that recognizes indigenous peoples

Met together in person, online, lobbying, sending documents to the Parliament, in order, "used all possible tools and our power to stop this project inconsulto.
is a new attempt to pass to get our rights as indigenous peoples, we must be alert because as stated by the Minister Larroulet, this project will return to discussion. Here

up the news published on the Website of the Executive
Congress removes urgency of immediate discussion to constitutional reform recognizing indigenous peoples

so agreed with the members of the Constitutional Commission of the Senate, assess if the consultation process was done to communities with the parameters set out in ILO Convention 169.
The executive decided to take the urgency of immediate discussion, ie 6 days of processing in each branch of Congress, the reform project that seeks to give constitutional recognition to indigenous peoples. This, in order to make the necessary consultations and assess the various complexities of this initiative, to resume its discussion on the return of the legislative recess week. This was reported
president of the Constitutional Committee, Senator Soledad Alvear, and the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency, Cristian Larroulet at the end of the session which explored the scope of the initiative.

In this regard, Senator Alvear said: "The minister has withdrawn Larroulet immediate discussion, in order to have enough time to study this issue with the complexity that it has, and so we are to continue the debate project for the purposes of power to be sure that we have a constitutional right, with all the mandatory relevant articles of the ILO Convention 169. "

The parliamentarian pointed out that such international instrument establishes that you have to start a process of consultation with indigenous communities who are involved in the project.

In this regard

explained that "here in the Senate a few years ago conducted a hearing process in different organizations and then the former President Bachelet made a huge consultation throughout the country. But as there are standards that have been issued with later and the ILO requires certain parameters, the important thing is to see whether these parameters have been met, or if necessary do something extra. So the discussion was removed immediately in order to look good this procedural aspect and how we will continue working this reform. "

necessary consultations

In the same vein, Larroulet Minister explained that there was extensive debate in the Constitutional Committee regarding the initiative to the information already presented some senators on the referral system established by the ILO Convention 169.

"The general position of the Executive and the majority of senators, is that there was a due process hearing in the Senate and a process of consultation by the Executive power is quite complex. The Senate hearing process in light of the failures of CT, said that this is the mechanism by which marks the 169 ILO and analyze in detail the consultation process that made the government of President Bachelet and we thought, in light of background, a consultation process also meets the requirements, "said Secretary of State.

However, he stated that" raised by the senators who will evaluate it that aspect, I will consult with relevant international organizations to have a more finished and that was the decision that we took as the Executive, to advance this process, to remove the immediate discussion.

In any case, the minister said Larroulet a commitment by the Commission on the Constitution, to keep this project on wood for analysis, so it would resume its discussion to return the week of regions.
