Please note that we proceeded to the reopening of the Advisory Committee for the classification of the Disappeared and Victims of Political Executions Prison Política y Tortura, entre el 11 de septiembre de 1973 y el 10 de marzo de 1990.
El plazo para solicitar la calificación se extiende desde el 17 de febrero hasta el 17 de agosto de 2010. En dicho periodo, las personas interesadas deberán presentar los antecedentes que acrediten su pretensión.
Posterior a ello, la Comisión dispone de un plazo de seis meses para calificar a quienes hubiesen sufrido privación de libertad y/o torturas por razones políticas, y a quienes hubieren sido víctimas de desaparición forzada o correspondiesen a ejecutados políticos.
